Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is a famous British stage and film actress that gained fame because she was a part of the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu achieved a lot of recognition for her role as Tish Jones, the daughter of a major character called Martha Jones, in the series. Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 in Livingston New Jersey. She was born the youngest of three children in a big family. Handler's parents were both householders. Her father was an used car seller. Her mother is German who came to America in the United States from Germany in 1958. After ten long years of fight against breast cancer, she passed away in the year 1989. Handler was raised Reform Judaism by her father and grandfather, who were Jewish. Handler resided in a beautiful neighborhood with a happy upbringing. Handler moved into Los Angeles when she was 19 years old, in order to pursue a career in acting. Handler employed as an actor to help support her family. Handler aged 21 years of age, decided to focus on stand-up comics full time following her discovery of storytelling. Beginning Of career Handler began her stand-up career in the Oxygen network's all-female cast of the hidden camera/comedy reality TV series Girls Behaving Poorly. The show ran from 2002 until 2005. The handler worked on many other shows like Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice as well as Weekends at D.L. Handler has also worked as the correspondent of The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006 when she was named host on E! Named The Chelsea Handler show. The show ran for two seasons. Handler performed at The Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour at the American embassy the year after. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have been able to broadcast live stand-up shows. In 2010, it was revealed that she was going to host the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. This made her only the second female to host the VMA's, following Roseanne Barr.
